Cancelation policy

CANCELATION FOR TOUR ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTION TICKET

If a Customer cancels at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If a Customer cancels between 13 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

 If a Customer cancels within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, or don’t show up at the meeting point on time there is a 100 percent cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

All refunds will be made after cancellation and the process will take no sooner than 1 week after the cancellation is made.

CANCELATION FOR ACCOMMODATION

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CANCELLATION CHARGES (Prior to arrival):

LOW SEASON 14 days One (1) night accommodation charge 30 days One (1) night accommodation charge

CHARGES HIGH/PEAK SEASON CHARGES 7 days Entire stay accommodation charge 14 days Entire stay accommodation charge

2. Payment (Cash in Advance) should be done before guest arrival, 7 days on low season, and 14Days on peak season for FIT 

3.NO SHOW: Deposit will be automatically forfeited

4. The hotel will not be held liable or responsible to the booking for failure

to execute obligations specified in this agreement, which caused by war,

change of status of the Indonesian Government, strikes, riots and natural

disaster or conditions beyond the control of the hotel.
