CANCELATION FOR TOUR ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTION TICKET

Bali Sutha Tour Service has a detailed and specific cancellation policy that is important for customers to be aware of:

No Fee: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
10% Fee: If you cancel between 6 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, a 20 percent cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount.
20% Fee: If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, or if you do not show up at the designated meeting point on time, a 20 percent cancellation fee will be charged based on the total booking amount.

All refunds will be made after cancellation and the process will take no sooner than 1 week after the cancellation is made.
