- For all cancellations or amendments received latest by 7 days prior to the arrival, one night
cancellation fee of the total room reserved will apply.
- The cancellation notice received within 24 hours or no-show will be on full charge.
• High Season:
- For all cancellations or amendments received latest by 21 days prior to the arrival, one night
cancellation fee of the total room reserved will apply.
- The cancellation notice received within 7 days will be on full charge.
• Peak Season
- Reservation cancelled or amendments received 30 days prior to arrival date, one night
cancellation fee of the total room reserved will apply.
- The cancellation notice received within 15 days prior to arrival date, full night cancellation fee

• For no-show or shortened stays, the reservation will be subject to full night payment.
CHILDREN POLICY & FAMILY PLAN
• 50% discount for a maximum of 2 children under 12 years old on meals and will be F.O.C for
infant.
• No extra charge for child under 12 years of age (inclusive) sharing parents’ room without using
extra bed. Rates are based on per room, per night basis and applicable for single or double
occupancy
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY:
Check in time by 14.00 hours and check out time by 12.00 noon. Extension of check out time till 18.00
hours is half-day charge of contracted rate. Check out after 18.00 hours is subject to a night room charge
GROUP CONCESSION POLICY:
• We accept group booking for minimum 2 nights stay.
• Final rooming list & one night deposit to be received 30 days in advance for high season and for
the peak season period, whilst during the normal season we need final rooming list and one night
deposit 2 weeks prior to the arrival of the group. Otherwise the group will be automatically
cancelled.
