GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SPACE APPLICATION

- Based on room allotment (if any) with specified cut-off-dates stated in the contract.

- Reservation received after the cut-off-date will be confirmed on a space available

basis.

2. CANCELLATION CHARGES (Prior to arrival):

LOW  SEASON CHARGES :14 days One (1) night accommodation charge , 30 days One (1) night accommodation charge,

 HIGH/PEAK SEASON CHARGES: 7 days Entire stay accommodation charge, 14 days Entire stay accommodation charge

3. NO SHOW: Deposit will be automatically forfeited

4. The hotel will not be held liable or responsible to the booking agent for failure to execute obligations specified in this agreement, which caused by war, change 5f status of the Indonesian Government, strikes, riots and natural disaster or conditions beyond the control of the hotel. 

6. The above stated conditions are strictly applied unless both contracting parties agree to arrange a separate agreement.
